On August 15th, LIGO's Science Education Center in Livingston Louisiana, will host the monthly Science Saturday from 1 PM - 5 PM. In honor of LIGO's upcoming observational run, the topic is Detecting Science! Come learn more about how we detect using our senses and other instruments via lobby activities, discover more about the science of LIGO, experience the exhibit hall, take a tour & talk with scientists - all while having fun!
